A chartered professional accountant (CPA) and chartered business valuator (CBV), Étienne Marcoux first worked for accounting firms in Quebec, then worked in international expansion and Canadian business growth before joining the Moreault team. He specialized mainly in mandates involving mergers and acquisitions between Canada and the U.S.
He is as generous as he is conscientious. Always the last to leave the project and the first to delight us with his incisive wit, he’s not afraid of anything and directs all his energy to the success of his clients and colleagues.
