The Qu\u00e9bec company who started their operations in l\u2019Islet has always focused on innovation and managed, early on, to make a name for themselves on the international scene. Many companies with this type of background run out of steam over time, but that is not the case for this heating solutions organization, because they did what they had to to stay in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>OUR MANDATE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Type of mandate: <\/strong>Acquisition strategy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objective: <\/strong>To acquire competitors so that the company could grow through new markets and maintain its strategic positioning in existing markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Achievements: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/moreault.com\/en\/about-us\/\">Moreault Conseillers<\/a> was involved early in the development of Groupe Ouellet Canada Inc.\u2019s acquisition strategy. By working alongside the organization\u2019s leaders, we contributed to the conclusion of significant transactions: Britech, Delta-Therm, Innovair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Highlight: <\/strong>Lighting the spark to move into acquisition mode Our expertise allows us to show our clients the benefits that can derive from the establishing an acquisition strategy, even in a context where things are running smoothly. It can be difficult for a company to see the need to set their standards higher when everything seems to be frictionless.
