Quebec City, July 8, 2021 – Moreault Conseillers is proud to have played an active role in today’s closing of the acquisition of LANDRY and Associates by its client Levio, an information technology (IT) and organizational management consulting firm. The combination of these two Quebec companies consolidates Levio’s position as a leader in Canada’s digital transformation. 

The Quebec City-based company—which joined forces with LANDRY & Associates, a specialized Montreal-based firm that provides business management and cybersecurity consulting services—now has nearly 1,500 consultants in its ranks. Levio is thus accelerating its expansion in Canada and, at the same time, contributing to the advancement of Quebec’s technological and business support expertise. 

We had front-row seats as two companies discovered the similarities between their visions and values. We are very proud to have facilitated their union through our well-established network in the information technology field. This transaction is part of the ongoing Levio acquisition strategy that we have been involved in for just over a year.
